Em seguida, executaram o procedimento no modelo 3D do f\u00edgado, enfrentando desafios anat\u00f4micos. Posteriormente, praticaram t\u00e9cnicas individualmente, como o uso do eletrocaut\u00e9rio e contornamento da vasculatura. No entanto, a falta de simula\u00e7\u00e3o da tens\u00e3o abdominal prejudicou o realismo. O projeto foi viabilizado pela tecnologia dispon\u00edvel: o HoloLens 2, lan\u00e7ado em 2019, representou um grande avan\u00e7o em dispositivos de RA. A pandemia de COVID-19, que come\u00e7ou em 2020, acelerou a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias remotas. Enquanto isso, o Facebook\u2014renomeado Meta\u2014lan\u00e7ou o Quest 2 em 2021, e a Microsoft introduziu o Microsoft Mesh, fortalecendo a intera\u00e7\u00e3o digital imersiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tr\u00eas tipos de visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es foram desenvolvidas para resolver o problema da n\u00e3o oclus\u00e3o das m\u00e3os do usu\u00e1rio no headset, que poderia prejudicar o procedimento. Uma vers\u00e3o tinha par\u00eanquima e vasos transparentes; outra exibia uma estrutura de arame do par\u00eanquima, permitindo a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3os junto com a sobreposi\u00e7\u00e3o virtual; e uma terceira mostrava apenas estruturas vasculares, usada ao ancorar o objeto virtual. Um segundo operador alternava entre essas visualiza\u00e7\u00f5es conforme necess\u00e1rio. O dispositivo foi usado principalmente no in\u00edcio do procedimento, ap\u00f3s abertura e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os, para identificar a vasculatura relevante. Al\u00e9m disso, a intera\u00e7\u00e3o remota entre m\u00e9dicos\u2014permitindo colabora\u00e7\u00e3o em tempo real atrav\u00e9s de anota\u00e7\u00f5es e sobreposi\u00e7\u00f5es na vis\u00e3o do cirurgi\u00e3o\u2014poderia ser ben\u00e9fica.
