A preval\u00eancia de CC \u00e9 de 10 \u2013 12 casos para cada 1000 nascidos vivos, a maioria devido ao diagn\u00f3stico p\u00f3s-natal de doen\u00e7a leve. A incid\u00eancia em fetos \u00e9 ainda maior e estimada em torno de 6,5%. Mas apenas ap\u00f3s o desenvolvimento do STIC, imagens 3D precisas do cora\u00e7\u00e3o puderam ser obtidas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-greenshift-blocks-container gspb_container gspb_container-gsbp-2ebb230\" id=\"gspb_container-id-gsbp-2ebb230\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/alevato.xyz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/22-1024x733.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1885\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Processo de segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o de um cora\u00e7\u00e3o fetal<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O modelo virtual e f\u00edsico 3D do cora\u00e7\u00e3o fetal possibilita uma melhor compreens\u00e3o da CC, melhorando o aconselhamento parental, o ensino, bem como discuss\u00f5es interativas entre a equipe m\u00e9dica multidisciplinar (especialista em medicina materno-fetal, neonatologia, cardiologia pedi\u00e1trica e cirurgi\u00e3o cardiovascular).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estudamos as vantagens do uso de modelos f\u00edsicos de cora\u00e7\u00f5es fetais com anomalias card\u00edacos cong\u00eanitas para auxiliar a compreens\u00e3o dessas doen\u00e7as pelos pais. Ap\u00f3s o diagn\u00f3stico, oferecemos uma explica\u00e7\u00e3o aos pais e seus acompanhantes usando modelos impressos em 3D. Por fim, eles responderam a um question\u00e1rio sobre seus sentimentos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 anomalia card\u00edaca fetal. Este sistema permitiu uma navega\u00e7\u00e3o 360<sup>0<\/sup> e posteriormente utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o em impress\u00e3o 3D, realidade virtual e metaverso. Novamente, a visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da anatomia card\u00edaca fetal normal e sua visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o aprimoraram a educa\u00e7\u00e3o de estudantes, residentes e jovens profissionais envolvidos na medicina fetal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9 claro que essas novas tecnologias requerem uma curva de aprendizado mesmo para profissionais com experi\u00eancia em cardiopatia cong\u00eanita, design e uso de plataformas.
